ADDITIONAL FEES THAT MAY APPLY ARE:

1. Inside or elevator jobs add...$50-100.00

    (Elevator fee based on difficulty during setup and takedown)

2. Waste removal from site add.......$50.00

    (Waste is normally bagged and left on site)

3. Add any applicable parking fees.

    (Customer is to provide parking and adjacent access for truck and trailer)

4. Additional insured per name........$25.00

    (One regular insurance certificate can be sent free of charge)
